Phase 2 SUPPLY & INSTALLATION
We supply exactly according to client specifications and safe delivery to the agreed destination.
Our team of highly experienced engineers bring their expertise to bare during installations from scratch to end ensuring stipulated timelines are met, yet not compromising on safety, quality of work and relevant codes and standards.
Phase 3 TESTING & COMMISSIONING
Our testing procedure just like the installation is top notched. Our team of engineers have been given the requisite training by our principals in Spain on the product and every auxiliary gadget required in the testing process.
All relevant tests, adjustments, parameterizations, calibrations and simulations are performed to meet all relevant standards enshrined in the EN 81 code for elevator engineering. Further to this is a final examination and approval from Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) before the elevator is commissioned for use.
Phase 4 MAINTENANCE & AFTER – SALES SUPPORT
We pride ourselves with our quick responsive after sales service delivery. Commencing with free spare parts, free preventive maintenance and technical assistance of the elevator for a duration of twelve (12) months from the handover date. Our maintenance exercises thereafter span through general inspection, preventive maintenance and repair work with an assured availability and quick deployment of spare parts; all these at a very competitive fee. This ensures your equipment functions at optimum levels.
